The Solution
We built a platform centered on weekly 'drops' — timed AI building challenges with real prize pools (60/25/15 split). 9-tier gamification system (Freshman → Legend → Boss) tracks builder progression. Community features include forums, study groups, and peer code review. Three pricing tiers with Stripe integration.
The Results
