A premier lakeside resort needed to unify 7 disconnected operational surfaces — from guest check-in kiosks to kitchen displays — into one intelligent system. We designed and built the entire platform: iOS/Android guest apps, staff operations, admin dashboard, in-room tablets, TV displays, and a WhatsApp/Telegram concierge bot. One data model. One identity graph. One payments layer. Five languages.
The Challenge
The largest year-round lakeside resort operated on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and disconnected POS terminals. Guests couldn't book amenities digitally. Staff had zero visibility into cross-department operations. Revenue leakage was significant.
The Solution
We architected a monorepo-based vertical OS using Turborepo. Flutter powers all mobile surfaces with shared business logic. NestJS + Prisma handles the unified API. Redis + BullMQ manages real-time kitchen orders and housekeeping queues. Claude API drives the AI concierge that handles guest requests in 5 languages. Every surface — from the guest's phone to the kitchen display — runs off the same event stream.
The Results
Full digital transformation of resort operations. Guest self-service for bookings, dining, spa, and gondola reservations. Staff productivity increased with real-time task queues. Multi-language AI concierge handles 80% of routine guest inquiries without human intervention.
