The Solution
We designed and built a complete loyalty platform with tiered reward programs, customer segmentation engine, real-time analytics dashboards, and deep localization. Riverpod state management ensures smooth performance across complex reward calculation flows. Firebase backend handles real-time point tracking and reward redemption.
The Results
Delivered on schedule. 65 commits to production. Fully localized with proper date/calendar handling. Ongoing maintenance relationship established.
